“In our work together in the high-end residential construction industry, we saw that homeowners increasingly wanted bespoke, restaurant-quality appliances to push the limits of residential entertaining and luxury. One client’s desire for an electric, countertop pizza oven opened our eyes to the potential residential use of appliances typically reserved for commercial applications.
Through our partnership with TotalSource, a commercial appliance factory representative, we were introduced to a number of unique, restaurant-quality brands whose appliances had the potential to revolutionize the experience of home cooking.
We struggled to find dealers, experienced in supplying dozens of units to restaurant chains and commercial kitchens, who were willing to work one-on-one with homeowners looking to buy individual appliances. We decided to enter the market with the goal of doing just that –tailoring the world of luxury entertaining to the needs of residential chefs, baristas, and food aficionados.”
Peyton and Max both attend the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Peyton studies Computer Science and Psychology, and Max studies Architecture. Through their respective fields of study, their extensive construction experience, and their industry connections, they hope to elevate the possibilities of home kitchen luxury and functionality.
